Custom Foil Spout Pouch 350 ml, Customisable for Hydrogen-Rich Water

This 350 ml stand-up spout pouch uses metallized and pure aluminium material, spans 1-10 L, and comes with a spout and screw cap; it can be customised to order and produced with screen printing. The product targets liquids that need light protection, hydrogen-rich water among them, and the body stands upright on its own and is easy to carry.

Screen printing suits artwork that is simple and uses few colours, laying down a relatively thick ink film that adheres consistently to a foil substrate. Where the design is intricate or needs gradients, gravure printing is the more usual route. Either way the file and colour order are confirmed first, then plates and proofs follow.

Printing covers 1 to 8 colours. Volume spans 1-10 L, accessories are a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout opening and seal width are all customisable, with artwork taken from the customer's file.

It is used mainly for hydrogen-rich water pouches, drinking water pouches, juice pouches and soup stock pouches. The small format suits single servings, and the stand-up base displays well on shelves and in chillers.

Kody Packaging produces these in Dongguan, Guangdong, with printing, lamination, slitting and pouch making completed in sequence in the plant. A sample confirms the print result and seams before bulk production is scheduled.

The aluminium option, printing method and size combination all affect the price, which is finalised against the approved sample. For screen printing, a vector file helps assess ink film and registration.
