Custom Foil Stand-up Pouch 360 ml with Spout for Mineral Water

This customised stand-up spout pouch for drinking water is built around the familiar 360 ml single-serve size. The shape is die-cut into a non-rectangular outline and punched with a hole that can take a string, a hook or a retail hanging strip. The body uses aluminium foil with laminated material and carries a spout on top, so the drinker simply unscrews the cap and sips directly, with no cup needed. Kody Packaging makes the pouch to order across a volume range of 1-1000 ml.

Because the outline is die-cut rather than rectangular, punched pouches line up tidily on a hanging rail, while the stand-up base opens out after filling and lets the bag sit upright on a table or a chiller shelf. The foil layer blocks light and oxygen; the laminated layer resists puncture and takes the heat-seal. The spout cap closes again after opening, which helps when a drink is carried away half finished.

Printing is available in 1-8 colours. Artwork, hole position, pouch outline and spout diameter can be changed to match a drawing, with volumes from 1-1000 ml and a minimum order of 10,000 pcs.

Applications sit in liquid drinking-water packaging — mineral water and hydrogen-rich water that need to highlight their source and their portability — and extend to draft beer, soup, milk and juice.

Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. A sample can be approved from a customer's physical sample or artwork before the bulk run. Hole placement and bag dimensions are agreed together with the artwork, so the finished pouch hangs on the rail the way the drawing intends.
