Custom Foil Stand-up Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml

A custom stand-up spout pouch from Kody Packaging, made with aluminium foil and laminated material and filled with hair-dye and perm products as well as moisturising hair gel. It stands firmly on its base and the spout releases product in a narrow stream, so salon staff measuring out portions are less likely to over-squeeze or spill.

The foil layer blocks light and acts as the barrier in the structure, while the laminate bonds the different films together and brings printability, tensile strength and puncture resistance. The top spout is heat-welded to the body, and once capped the pouch stays sealed, which limits drying-out and loss of scent during storage or transport.

On specification, volumes range across 1-1000 ml, printing supports 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Adjustable items include pouch dimensions, spout type, base construction and printed layout; tooling and sampling begin once the customer's design file is received.

Contents include laundry detergent, cleaners, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquid, along with body lotion, sheet masks, facial cleanser and liquid packaging. Hair-salon chains, trial packs for wash-and-care brands and supermarket shelf packs all suit this format. Where a customer already sells the product in a bottle, the pouch can be sized to hold the same fill weight, so the packaging change needs no adjustment to the formula. Trial packs and shelf packs then share one printed layout.
