Custom Foil Stand-up Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Soy Milk

A stand-up spout pouch in aluminium-foil plastic laminate, used for liquid foods such as soy milk, dairy drinks and drinking water, and made to order. The aluminium layer blocks light and oxygen, a property that suits plant-protein drinks like soy milk whose flavour is easily affected by light and air. Filled and sealed in one step and opened by unscrewing the cap, the pouch fits breakfast service and takeaway drinks.

The body combines aluminium foil, pure aluminium and laminated material. The aluminium layer provides the barrier, the inner sealing layer secures the edges and the base of the spout, and the outer layer protects the printed graphics. After lamination the pouch is both stiff enough to stand and flexible enough to handle, so it keeps its shape when filled with soy milk or dairy drinks and while it is stacked in transport.

Volumes range from 1–1000 ml, printing from 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch size, spout and cap type, the material combination and the printed content can all follow the customer's artwork, and dairy customers usually need space reserved for batch and date marking.

Applications cover liquid food, drinking water and beverages, and also soy milk, milk, yoghurt, plant-protein drinks and cold-brew tea. Shops making drinks on site tend to use small volumes, while food factories prefer medium sizes for retail products.
