Custom Foil Stand-up Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Soy Milk

A stand-up spout pouch in aluminium-foil plastic laminate for liquid foods, custom-made for soy milk, dairy drinks and beverages. Aluminium foil and laminated material form the core structure, with a stand-up base and a top spout that cover both shelf display and portable use. For liquid foods that need protection from light and oxygen, the barrier offered by the aluminium layer is what sets it apart from fully clear pouches.

The body is laminated from aluminium foil, pure aluminium and other films. The sealing layer closes the edges and the root of the spout, the aluminium layer provides the barrier, and the print layer sits on the outside. The weld between the shoulder and the spout is the critical sealing area: the pouch is shaped under heat and pressure so the spout keeps its bond with the body even after the cap has been opened and closed many times.

Standard volumes are 1–1000 ml with 1–8 print colours and a minimum order of 10,000 pcs. Customers can set the size proportions from their own pouch drawing and customise the spout type, cap and layout. During sample approval, fill height, seal position and colour registration are all verified.

Main uses are liquid food, drinking water and beverages, for example soy milk, milk, yoghurt, juice and tea. Restaurant chains favour small single-serve pouches, while food processors use medium volumes for retail packs and gift-box inserts.
