Custom Foil Stand-up Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml, Portable for Liquid Food

A stand-up spout pouch built with aluminium foil, intended mainly for portable packaging of drinking water and liquid beverages. The pure aluminium layer blocks light, oxygen and moisture far better than an ordinary clear laminate, which suits drinks that need a longer shelf life or careful flavour retention. With its stand-up base and spout, the pouch can be carried and then opened by unscrewing the cap.

The structure combines aluminium foil, pure aluminium and laminated material. The aluminium layer does the barrier work in the middle, the inner sealing layer contacts the liquid, and the outer print layer protects the graphics. Aluminium foil is opaque, which helps light-sensitive drinks, while the laminated build keeps the pouch flexible but still resistant to folding and pressure, so pinholes are less likely to appear in transit.

Volumes cover 1–1000 ml, printing is available in 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch size, spout bore and cap type, the arrangement of the aluminium layers and the artwork can all be customised. Water customers usually choose small portable sizes, while beverage customers may prefer medium sizes for multi-packs.

The pouch is used for liquid beverages and drinking water, such as mineral water, soda, juice, tea drinks and blends that need protection from light. Portable formats appear often in outdoor activities, conference handouts and travel kits.
