Custom Foil Water Pouch 1–10 L with Spout for Hydrogen Water

This factory-customised low-oxygen-transmission water pouch uses a four-side seal with a spout, built from metallized and pure aluminium material across a 1-10 L range, with a spout and screw cap. The foil acts as the primary barrier layer, cutting the effect of oxygen and light on the contents, and the pouch mainly serves hydrogen-rich water and hydrogen water products.

A four-side seal forms seams around the pouch perimeter and leaves the face flat with no folded corner, so the aluminium layer is distributed more evenly and light and oxygen blocking stay relatively steady. During lamination the foil bonds to plastic film with adhesive, and bond strength decides whether the pouch delaminates over long storage, which makes process control at the lamination stage important.

Printing covers 1 to 8 colours. Volume spans 1-10 L, accessories are a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch width and height, spout opening and seam dimensions can be adjusted to order, with artwork from the customer's design file and colour order set at proofing.

Uses include hydrogen-rich water pouches, drinking water pouches, juice pouches and soup stock pouches, and the format also suits other liquid foods stored away from light. The stand-up spout lets the contents be taken in stages, resealed with the cap in between.
