Custom Food-Grade Spout Pouch 1–10 L for Hydrogen-Rich Water

A custom penguin-shaped spout pouch, formed by four-side sealing and designed for portioning and retailing hydrogen-rich water. The build starts from a pure aluminium layer, with metallized and transparent films laid over it, so that light blocking, oxygen blocking and visibility are each handed to a different ply.

The pure aluminium sits nearest the contents and takes on the barrier duty; the metallized film gives the body its frame; the transparent film keeps the outline clear. A screw cap and spout close the mouth, and the sealing structure inside the cap meshes with the external thread of the spout, so liquid is unlikely to seep out even when filled pouches are stacked upside down. Because the cap and spout are separate parts, they can be supplied in a colour chosen to match the artwork.

Capacity can be chosen between 1-10L, printing goes up to 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. The width of the penguin belly, the way the base folds, and where the spout is mounted can all be fine-tuned to a customer drawing, and drawings for the base fold are confirmed on a physical sample.

Uses match those of liquid packaging generally: drinking water pouches, hydrogen-rich water pouches, draught beer pouches, soup pouches, milk pouches and juice pouches. If the contents are carbonated or need chilling, say so when materials are being chosen.
