Custom Food-Grade Spout Pouch 1–10 L for Hydrogen-Rich Water

This is a four-side-seal spout pouch formed into a penguin shape and used for filling hydrogen-rich water. The base is wider than on an ordinary stand-up pouch, which lowers the centre of gravity so the filled pack stands steady on a counter, and the mouth carries an 8.6 spout with a moderate opening that pours smoothly.

Food-grade materials are laminated from metallized film, a pure aluminium layer and transparent film. Printing sits on the surface ply, the metal layers in the middle handle light and oxygen blocking, and the inner layer meets the contents. The spout is welded to the body with a pressed joint, and together with the sealing ring in the screw cap it resists leakage when the pouch lies on its side or is turned upside down.

Volume covers 1-10L, printing 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs, with a spout and screw cap as accessories. Pouch shape, spout specification and printed artwork can be adjusted to the customer's design, and the proportions of the penguin outline can be changed as well.
