Custom Food-Grade Spout Pouch 380 ml for Hydrogen-Rich Water

A food-grade stand-up spout pouch for premium water products such as hydrogen-rich water, commonly formed in a 380 ml size. The body is made from pure aluminium and aluminium foil laminate, giving strong resistance to gas and light, which suits drinking water that needs its condition preserved as far as possible. The stand-up base and spout allow upright shelf display and easy carrying, with the cap reopened for drinking in stages.

In the structure, the aluminium foil and pure aluminium layers sit in the middle, the inner sealing layer contacts the water, and the outer layer carries and protects the print. Dense and opaque, the pure aluminium layer has low transmission rates for oxygen and moisture, which is the main reason such water products choose a foil structure; the lamination process keeps the barrier intact when the pouch is folded or pressed.

Volumes cover 1–1000 ml, with 380 ml a typical single-serve size; printing runs from 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch size, spout and cap, the aluminium structure and the artwork can be customised, and premium products often receive extra attention to printing and to the proportions of the pouch.

Applications include drinking water, draught beer, milk, juice and other liquids. Concept waters such as hydrogen-rich and active-element water prefer small portable formats, while draught beer and juice in food service may use medium sizes.
