Product details
This 5 L spout pouch is intended for purified water and similar liquids. It has a carry feature and is supplied with a spout and screw cap, and it stands upright when filled. Materials are selected for food-contact use, and the pouch serves the flexible-packaging needs of drinking water producers and distributors.
The body uses a PE and nylon laminated material. The PE layer is the sealing layer and the surface in contact with the liquid, while nylon improves film strength and puncture resistance; laminating the two balances sealing against durability. Spout welding needs controlled temperature and pressure to avoid weak seals or damage to the pouch face.
The volume is 5 L and printing is available in 1–8 colours. The fittings are a spout and screw cap and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout diameter and artwork can all be made to order.
The pouch mainly holds purified and drinking water, and can also be used for other water-based liquids. The carry feature makes a full pouch easy to move, the spout allows direct drinking or partial pouring, and the screw cap reseals the pack, which suits household, office and outdoor use.
Produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Samples can be made from the customer's reference bag or artwork file before volume production. Because material and artwork requirements differ, the exact price is confirmed against the approved sample.
