Custom Food-Grade Spout Pouch 500 ml for Hydrogen-Rich Water

This food-grade spout pouch is named with an 8.6mm spout opening and a 500 ml size, spans 1-10 L in the specification table, uses a four-side seal and is built from metallized and pure aluminium material. At 8.6mm the spout is on the smaller side, so liquid flows out more slowly: it suits sipping mouthful by mouthful and reduces the chance of pouring out too much once the cap comes off.

Four-side sealing combined with foil keeps the face flat and light blocking thorough. The aluminium layer holds back oxygen and light, while the heat-seal inner layer touches the liquid directly, so its material has to meet basic food-contact expectations and stay stable over long storage. Bond strength decides whether the pouch delaminates and is a key quality point for a small pouch like this.

Printing covers 1 to 8 colours. Volume spans 1-10 L, accessories are a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Spout opening, pouch dimensions and seal width are all customisable, with artwork from the customer's design file.
