The supply-range tree nutrient infusion bag is a liquid pack for landscape care. The volume is 1000 ml, the body is made of laminated material, and an infusion needle and lanyard are fitted, produced to customer requirements. Once filled with nutrient solution the bag hangs on the trunk, the needle enters the tree, and gravity moves the liquid in slowly.
The laminate of the body has to stay intact through long hanging periods, with the edge seals and the spout weld the two critical points; the way the lanyard connects to the bag decides whether the load is spread evenly. The spout serves as the outlet and mates with the needle, and the precision of that joint affects how steadily the liquid seeps out.
The volume is 1000 ml, printing supports 1-8 colours and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Accessories include the infusion needle and lanyard, and needle type, bag dimensions and lanyard length can all be customised; confirm the joint and the seal on a sample bag before bulk production.
The application is liquid packaging, with tree-growing nutrient solution and tree nutrient solution named directly in the product, and fruit-tree cultivation and seedling transplanting using the same approach. The fill volume is fixed and the flow is controlled by the needle, so the demands concentrate on bag sealing and needle clearance.
