This lemon juice pouch is a 5-litre spout version with a 33 mm wide outlet. Volumes run from 1–20 L, the body is transparent, and a carry handle is fitted. The wide outlet is designed for filling and pouring juice, reducing the build-up of pulp or particles at the opening.
The body is transparent laminated material. The clear layer keeps the juice colour and level visible, while the inner layer seals and contacts the liquid and the outer layer carries the artwork. The burst-resistant wording in the name refers to a pouch structure designed for pressure changes during filling and transport; actual pressure performance should be verified against sample test results.
Volumes run from 1–20 L and printing covers 1–8 colours. Fittings are a carry handle, spout and screw cap, with a MOQ of 10,000 pcs. The 33 mm outlet and pouch dimensions can be made to order.
The main use is lemon juice and similar juice drinks, and it also suits portioning of other liquid foods. The wide outlet matches filling lines, the handle makes carrying easier, and the screw cap seals the pack after opening, which suits shops and delivery.
