Custom Laminated Liquid Packaging Pouch 5 L with Spout for Dish Soap

This laminated liquid packaging pouch holds 5 L in a stand-up spout format and comes with a spout, a handle and a screw cap. It is aimed mainly at portioning dish soap, laundry detergent, hand wash and cleaning agents, a common pouch type for household liquids. Filled, it stands on its base; the handle makes it easy to carry and the spout lets the contents be poured as needed.

The body is built from laminated material. The inner layer is chosen around the acidity or alkalinity of the cleaning liquid to reduce swelling and leakage risk from prolonged contact; the outer layer balances print quality against abrasion; the middle layer blocks odour and moisture. The layers are bonded with adhesive, and bond strength directly affects how long the pouch lasts.

Printing covers 1 to 8 colours. Volume is 5 L, accessories are a spout, handle and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, handle position and spout opening are all customisable, with artwork laid out from the customer's file.
