Product details
A stand-up spout pouch for vehicle care liquids, able to hold antifreeze, radiator treatment and windscreen washer fluid. The two volumes, 2 L and 5 L, cover top-ups by individual drivers and bulk use in workshops, while the handle and screw cap remove the need for a funnel when refilling.
The body is made from laminated material: the inner layer contacts the antifreeze and similar liquids, the middle layer supplies strength, and the flat outer layer takes printing. The hand-carry fitment is welded to the pouch so the load is spread more evenly at a 2 KG fill, making it comfortable to carry to the car and open one-handed for topping up.
This item's standard volume is 2 KG, and the family also includes a 5 L size. Printing covers 1–8 colours and accessories are a spout, screw cap and hand carry, with the spout in large and small diameters. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and pouch style and fitments can follow your filling line.
Typical uses are antifreeze, radiator treatment and windscreen washer fluid, plus household cleaning liquid refills. For in-car storage, a small stand-up pouch takes less boot space than a rigid bottle, and any leftover liquid can simply be kept in the same pouch with the cap tightened.
Kody Packaging is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with lamination and bag making on its own line, and can sample from your pouch to confirm spout diameter and sealing. Samples can be checked against the filler neck of the vehicle so that topping up stays clean.
