Custom Liquid Packaging Pouch 1–1000 ml for Laundry Detergent

A stand-up flexible pouch in laminated material for the production packaging of household liquids such as laundry detergent and dish soap, with a spout at the top. An empty flexible pouch takes up little space, and once filled it stands on its base for display; with the cap fitted, the liquid can be poured straight out, which offsets some of the weight and storage drawbacks of rigid containers.

The body is made of laminated material: print, barrier and sealing layers are bonded together and then formed into a pouch. The viscosity and formulation of detergents and dish soaps affect the choice of the inner layer, which has to stay stable in long contact with the contents. The weld between the shoulder and the spout is the key sealing area, and its bond with the body is checked after forming.

Volumes cover 1–1000 ml, printing 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch size, spout and cap, material combination and printed content can all be customised, and household customers usually show brand, fragrance and net content together on the pouch.
