Custom Liquid Packaging Pouch 250 ml with Spout for Jelly

A printed liquid pouch with a spout, made for filling jelly, juice and milk drinks, typically formed in single-serve sizes such as 250 ml. The laminated body is thickened so the pouch feels firmer in the hand, and the weight of juice or jelly does not distort it after filling. Full-colour printing puts the brand's main visual directly onto the pouch, which suits small drinks that need a complete packaging design.

The laminate is made of several films bonded together, each with a clear job: the print layer carries the artwork and resists scuffing, the middle layer reduces the passage of oxygen and moisture, and the inner layer melts during heat sealing to bond the edges and the base of the spout so nothing leaks. The extra thickness shows mainly in stiffness and feel, so the pouch keeps its shape when stacked and handled in transport.

Volumes cover 1–1000 ml, with 250 ml a common single-serve size for juice and jelly; printing runs from 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.
