Custom Liquid Packaging Pouch 5 L with Spout for Waterproof Slurry

A 5 L spout stand-up pouch for waterproof slurry and other building liquids, built on a stand-up base with a hand-carry position so a filled pouch can be stood or carried. The laminated body copes well with the weight of slurry-type products and suits a standard factory filling line.

The pouch is a multi-layer laminated structure: the inner layer contacts the slurry, the middle layer handles strength and barrier, and the flat outer layer takes printing. The spout weld position is chosen with load in mind, and a tightened cap keeps slurry from escaping during transport and reduces product clinging to the rim when the cap comes off.

Standard volume is 5 L and printing runs 1–8 colours. Accessories are a screw cap and spout, both of which can be adapted in diameter to your filling equipment. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with artwork and pouch dimensions made to order, and space can be reserved at the layout stage for mixing ratios or batch codes.

Suitable categories include waterproof slurry, latex-type building materials and household cleaning liquids. Building liquids are relatively dense, so a stand-up pouch stacks better in the warehouse than a flat flexible pack, deforms less under load and takes up less aisle space.
