Custom Metallized Stand-up Pouch 5 L with Spout for Spring Water

This custom liquid stand-up pouch holds 5 L and can be built in metallized or pure aluminium material for food drinking water and spring water products. A spout and screw cap sit at the opening, the base stands on its own, and both the opening size and the artwork can be adjusted to the customer's requirement, which suits packing that needs light protection and portability together.

Metallized and pure aluminium each have their place. A metallized layer is formed by vacuum deposition: it is light, flexible and effectively reduces light and gas transmission. A pure aluminium layer is a foil structure that blocks light more completely and holds back oxygen and moisture more thoroughly, which suits water products with a longer storage cycle. The choice follows the contents and the intended shelf life.

Printing covers 1 to 8 colours. Volume is 5 L, accessories are a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Opening size, pouch width and height and spout specification are all customisable, with artwork produced from the customer's file.

The pouch is commonly used to portion spring water, packaged drinking water and other food liquids, and also takes juice and soup stock products that need light protection. The stand-up format sits stably on chiller shelves and displays.
