The 2 kg spout pouch answers a packaging need for industrial and automotive liquids such as antifreeze. It takes the form of a handled flexible pack, and the milky-white PE laminate gives it a creamy appearance; filled to 2 kg it is easy to carry by hand, while the spout serves for pouring, so the pack works both on a workshop bench and on a retail shelf.
The body is laminated material bonded in several layers. The milky film layer blocks light, which helps formulations that are sensitive to it; load bearing and drop resistance come from the strength of the laminate as a whole, and the inner layer has to withstand chemical liquids such as antifreeze without swelling or delaminating after prolonged contact.
Printing runs to 1-8 colours, and capacity markings and warning information can be printed straight onto the pouch face. Handle-hole style, spout diameter and body dimensions follow the fill volume, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
