Custom Milky-White Stand-up Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Shampoo

A milky-white PE stand-up pouch with a spout, aimed at the portioning and retail packaging of personal-care liquids such as shampoo, body lotion, facial cleanser and mask essence. Unlike a clear pouch, the milky-white PE layer softens differences in the colour of the contents, so products in one range keep a consistent look on shelf even when fragrances or formulas differ. The small-bore spout gives controlled dispensing, which suits lotions of higher viscosity.

The body is a laminated structure in which one face is presented in milky-white PE while the other functional layers provide strength and barrier. Welded to the shoulder, the small spout works with its screw cap so lotion can be poured drop by drop instead of all at once. The stand-up base is folded into shape, letting a filled pouch stand on its own in damp surroundings such as bathrooms or hotel rooms.

Volumes range from 1–1000 ml, printing from 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch size and proportions, spout and cap type and the printed layout can all be customised. Personal-care customers usually place the product name and volume on the front panel and the ingredient list and directions on the back, and the artwork can be arranged to leave room for that information.
