Custom Packaging Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Laundry Detergent

This customised odd-shape spout bag with a handle brings three features onto one body: a handle hole or fitted handle at the upper part, a die-cut odd-shaped panel in the middle, and a spout at the top, so lifting and pouring can both be done one-handed. The bag uses aluminium foil and laminated material to block light and resist seepage, which suits laundry detergent and washing agents. Kody Packaging makes it to order in volumes from 1-1000 ml.

Because the panel is die-cut rather than squared off, and a handle is added, even a larger liquid pack can be carried by hand. The foil layer cuts off light and oxygen, the laminated layer keeps the wall's tensile and puncture resistance, and the sealed edges are pressed tight by heat. The spout cap regulates flow while pouring and, once closed, lets the bag be laid flat or stood up again.

Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. A customer can lay out the brand mark, product name and size information on the panel; bag shape, handle type and spout diameter are settled from the drawing.

Uses fall under liquid packaging: laundry detergent, cleaners, disinfectant water, shampoo and body wash, and equally facial masks, facial cleanser and perm or dye liquids.

Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling first and bulk output afterwards. The handle may be a punched hole or a fitted grip, depending on the weight a filled bag has to carry, and either version is settled at the sampling stage.
