Custom Packaging Pouch 5 L with Spout, Small-Mouth for Dish Soap

This stand-up spout pouch is made for household and industrial cleaning liquids, holding 5 L in laminated material. It carries a spout and screw cap, the opening size can be built to the customer's requirement, and it suits portioning and selling dish soap, fruit and vegetable wash and laundry detergent. The stand-up base keeps it stable on shelves, on the floor or in a delivery crate.

For cleaning liquids the inner layer of the laminate is selected around chemical compatibility, so long contact does not lead to leakage or seam failure. The outer layer handles printing and abrasion, while the middle barrier layer reduces odour migrating out and moisture getting in. Layer thickness ratios are set by the concentration of the fill and the storage conditions.

Printing is available in 1 to 8 colours. Volume is 5 L, accessories are a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout opening and seal width can all be customised, with artwork built from the customer's design.

Target products include dish soap, fruit and vegetable wash and laundry detergent, and the pouch also takes other ordinary cleaning liquids. The large volume together with a spout makes the pour easier to control and reduces spillage.
