This spout pouch is made for soy sauce, seasoning sauce, vinegar, edible oil and similar liquid condiments in the 200 ml to 2 L range. The spout gives a controlled pour into a pan, a dispenser or a portion bottle, and the pouch stands on its base when filled, so it can be used from the same spot in a kitchen or on a catering counter.
The structure is a PET + PA + PE laminate. The nylon layer adds toughness so the pouch can be handled repeatedly and resists flex cracking, the middle layer provides a barrier against light and oxygen, and the inner PE layer seals the pouch and the spout seat against the liquid. The film also resists the salt and acid content of condiments over the storage period. The printed front panel carries the 1–8 colour design with product and batch information.
