Shaped liquid-food spout pouches are stand-up flexible packs for the drinks sector, made from laminated material and offered in volumes from 1-1000 ml on a made-to-order basis. The outline is not limited to the usual rectangular stand-up shape: a shaped profile can follow the product positioning, and the spout lets juice, drinks and yogurt be sipped or poured directly.
The body is laminated, with each layer covering print quality, mechanical strength or heat sealing. Shaped pouches demand tighter die-cutting accuracy - the body curve must stay clean and the spout weld must not fall on a stress point. The stand-up base keeps the filled pouch upright and presents the front panel on shelf.
Volumes run from 1-1000 ml, printing supports 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Outline, spout diameter, base style and colour scheme are all open, and several sizes are available; customers can approve a sample pouch before fixing the structure.
The application is liquid food packaging, covering fresh milk, juice drinks, soy milk, soup, coffee, milk tea, jelly and jam. Liquid foods place high demands on seal integrity and odour control, and a laminated structure addresses both.
