Product details
This factory-direct stand-up spout bag puts bathroom staples such as laundry detergent and body wash into a flexible pack that stands on its own. The body is made from laminated material and carries a spout at the top, and the outline can be die-cut into an odd shape. Used in a shower area, the bag does not warp in the damp the way a carton does, and the pressure applied to the spout sets how much comes out, so one hand is enough.
The plies of the laminate have clear roles: the printing ply carries the appearance and resists abrasion, the middle ply does the barrier work, and the inner ply touches the liquid and completes the heat-seal. The base is a stand-up construction, so both empty and filled bags stay upright. The die-cut outline makes the pack easier to recognise among similar products, and the spout cap closes after use, keeping residue from running out.
Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Bag outline, spout diameter, dimensions and artwork follow a customer drawing, and sampling through to bulk output is handled in one factory.
Applications sit under liquid packaging, mainly laundry detergent and body wash, and also cleaners, disinfectant water, shampoo, facial cleanser and body lotion.
Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling approved before the bulk run. Because the same plant runs lamination through to bag-making, the pouch that is sampled is the pouch that ships.
