Product details
A nozzle-fitted pouch for liquid seasonings and drinks mainly solves two things in a store: portioning on site and letting a customer drink on the move. The pouch is a sealed laminate bag with a nozzle at the top that handles milk tea, shaken drinks and jelly alike — liquids are drawn through the spout, while semi-solid jelly is squeezed out through a wider opening. The seal on the bag is tight, which helps with takeaway and short-distance delivery. Kody Packaging makes the pouch to order in volumes from 1-1000 ml, minimum order 10,000 pcs.
The laminate is built ply by ply for the job: the inner ply touches the food and takes the heat-seal, the middle ply provides the barrier, and the outer ply carries the print. The base can be a stand-up construction, so a filled bag sits steady on the counter and is easy to pick up at service. The heat-seal between spout and body is reinforced so squeezing the bag does not seep at the joint, and the screw cap can be closed again, letting the customer keep drinking after leaving.
Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch style, nozzle bore, dimensions and artwork follow a customer drawing, and the brand mark and flavour text can be printed on.
Applications cover liquid drinking-water packaging and liquid contents: milk tea, shaken drinks, juice and jelly, as well as soup and seasoning liquids in food service.
Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling from a customer's sample.
