Custom Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Soy Milk, Juice and Milk Tea

A stand-up spout pouch for filling and portioning soy milk, juice and milk tea, with a laminated body. The stand-up base and top spout allow the filling line to run continuously: once filled and capped, each pouch is a separate unit, which suits drink production and shop operations that need portioned output without a second decanting step.

After heat sealing, the laminated body forms a fully closed cavity, and the seal edges together with the spout weld define its sealing boundary. The inner layer melts at the set temperature and bonds firmly to the spout material, while the outer layer carries the print and resists abrasion. Once formed, the pouch must have its filling opening and spout aligned so that the filling machine can index it correctly.

Volumes cover 1–1000 ml, printing 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Customers can specify pouch size, spout and cap type and the printed artwork, and the opening and spout orientation can also be set to match the interface of the filling equipment, which shortens commissioning time.

The pouch is used for liquids, beverages, juice and milk tea, and can be extended to soy milk, soup and dairy products. Takeaway drinks and factory retail packs are the two main uses, the former favouring small single portions and the latter medium and large sizes.
