Custom Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml, High-Barrier for Juice and Jam

A spout pouch for juice and jam is a stand-up flexible pack that holds flowable foods — juice, jam, drinking water — and dispenses them through a screw-cap spout at the top. The body combines aluminium foil with laminated material, creating several barriers against light, oxygen and water vapour so that small portions keep their original flavour through the shelf life. Kody Packaging produces these bags to order, with a volume range of 1-1000 ml.

The pouch uses a stand-up bottom, so a filled bag stays upright on the shelf without a tray. Inside the laminate the foil layer does the barrier work, keeping oxygen and moisture out, while the laminated layer adds strength and carries the heat-seal. The spout is heat-sealed into the body, and its screw cap can be opened and closed again, so a portion that is not finished in one go can be stored.

Volumes span 1-1000 ml, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Artwork, dimensions, spout diameter and pouch style can all be adjusted. Where fruit flavour or water source information matters most, the front panel can carry the main visual while ingredients and the barcode move to the back.

Applications are liquid packaging: juice, jam, drinking water and hydrogen-rich water, as well as draft beer, soup and milk sold in single-serve amounts. Typical channels include convenience-store coolers, vending machines, gyms and outdoor supply points.
