Custom Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml, Portable for Yogurt and Milk Tea

A stand-up spout pouch for dairy drinks such as milk and yoghurt and for beverages including milk tea, designed around single-use portions. Filled and sealed as an individual pack, it is opened by unscrewing the cap and drunk straight away. The stand-up base keeps the pouch steady in a chiller, the portable format suits breakfast, commuting and outdoor use, and sealing each portion limits the risk of contamination while making output easy to control.

The body is laminated, and sealing is done by heat: the perimeter and the root of the spout are sealed at the same time to form a closed cavity. The inner layer melts at sealing temperature and comes into contact with the liquid, so it has to combine reliable sealing with compatibility with the contents; the outer layer protects against puncturing during filling, casing and transport. The spout is fitted with a screw cap that can be closed again after opening.

Volumes cover 1–1000 ml, printing 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout and cap type, seal width and the printed layout are all made to order, and dairy customers usually want an area on the pouch for the production date and batch code.

Applications include liquid food, juice and beverages, milk and drinking water, and also yoghurt, milk tea and soy milk where portable portions are needed. Food service uses the pouch for takeaway drinks, while food factories use it for sampling packs and gift-box inserts.
