Custom Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml, Wide-Mouth for Liquids

Wide-mouth stand-up spout pouches are built with an enlarged outlet and a self-standing base, offered in volumes from 1-1000 ml. The bigger opening lets creams, powders, granules and liquids flow out smoothly without repeated squeezing, so a single pouch format handles contents with very different viscosities.

The body is made of laminated material. The outer layer carries the printed design, the middle layer adds strength and barrier, and the inner layer contacts the contents and provides the heat-seal surface. A folded bottom gusset lets the filled pouch stand upright, and the spout is heat-sealed to the body with an outlet that can be sized to suit the fill. Powder and granules are less likely to build up at the opening.

Volumes run from 1-1000 ml, printing supports 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Dimensions, spout position, gusset width and colour count can all be adjusted; customers may supply artwork or a reference sample for a trial bag.

Applications sit at both ends of the range: laundry liquid and cleaners on the liquid side, powder and cat litter on the solid side. The stated scope covers liquid packaging and powder and granule packaging, and covering two material states with one bag reduces stocking pressure for suppliers with a broad product line.

Production is handled by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, where lamination, slitting, bag making and spout sealing follow one another on site. Pricing depends on the material structure, colour count and dimensions, so it is quoted against a confirmed sample.
