The hangable tree-infusion spout pouch is a flexible pack set for supplying nutrient solution to trees. The pouch carries a spout and a hanging arrangement, and comes with an infusion needle and a lanyard, so it can be hung above the trunk and feed liquid into the tree over a period of time. It is used mainly in the care of large trees, fruit trees and nursery stock.
The pouch body uses laminated material that balances strength and flexibility, so it resists being pulled apart by the weight of the liquid while hanging. The spout built into the pouch serves as the outlet and connects to the infusion needle to form the flow path. The lanyard carries the weight of the full pouch so that it can be fixed securely to a trunk or a support.
The volume is 1000ml and printing can be done in 1-8 colours. The set includes an infusion needle and a lanyard, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Pouch style, spout position and lanyard length can be settled around the way you intend to use it.
Applications are liquid packaging and nutrient-solution packaging, typically as a tree infusion pouch, a tree nutrient-solution pouch, a plant rooting-solution pouch, a crop seedling pouch, a fruit-tree cultivation pouch or a twin-needle infusion pouch.
The pouches are produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Lamination, pouch making, spout welding and accessory assembly are carried out in sequence, and a sample can be approved from your artwork before bulk production.
