Custom Spout Pouch 300 ml for Disinfectant and Hand Sanitiser

A 300ml spout pouch for deodorising and disinfecting liquid, also used for antibacterial disinfectant and as a refill for hand sanitiser. Refill pouches cut down on repeat bottle purchases, and once empty they take up little space to store or discard.

The body is made of laminated material, which after bonding combines barrier performance with flexibility. Where the contents are disinfectants, the inner layer has to resist attack from the formula while the outer layer handles printing and wear. The spout is heat-sealed to the top and closed by a cap, so it can be aimed at a bottle neck when refilling.

Capacities run from 1-1000 ml, printing supports 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout specification and cap style are configured to the customer's requirement, and the panel can carry the product name, dilution notes and cautions.

It is applied to liquid packaging, covering deodorising liquid, antibacterial disinfectant and hand sanitiser for portioning and refilling. Commercial cleaning, public washroom supply and household refills are typical uses for the format. Public washroom and catering customers often choose this size, because a refill pouch costs less to ship than a rigid bottle. The cap can also be specified in a colour that matches the dispenser it refills.

Laminating, bag making and spout welding all take place in-house, and an existing sample bag can be copied for size; a sample before bulk production confirms the seal and printed colour, and if material or colour differs the sample price applies.
