This custom colour-printed pouch is shaped to the customer's own product line, made for yogurt drinks and juice beverages that need to stand out on a shelf. The outline departs from a plain stand-up profile, the bottom gusset opens to let the pouch stand on its own, and a spout at the top supports single-serve drinking straight from the pack. Capacity ranges from 1-1000 ml, so products with different fill volumes can each pick a size.
The material is laminated, several films bonded in a dry lamination process. The printing layer needs surface tension high enough for ink adhesion, the barrier layer is chosen with the oxidation sensitivity of dairy and juice in mind, and the sealing layer governs seam strength and seal integrity. Working together they keep the pack leak-free under both chilled and ambient logistics.
Colour printing is the main point of this item: 1-8 colours are available, whether spot colours or four-colour process, and plates can be made for sampling once vector artwork is supplied. Pouch dimensions, spout type and fittings such as hang holes or handle holes are added or removed as required, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Any custom die-cut outline is settled during sampling.
Applications are stated as liquid food packaging, appearing most often on yogurt, milk, beverages and juice, while soy milk, soup, coffee, milk tea, jelly and jam are all workable contents.
Production is carried out by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Customers can send a sample so the sealing parameters needed for yogurt-type contents can be confirmed before the run moves to volume.
