Custom Stand-up Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Grape Juice

This stand-up pouch with a spout is designed for drinks that contain fruit pieces or pulp, such as fruit-tea drinks and grape juice. The stand-up base lets an empty pouch sit upright for display and keeps a filled pouch on the shelf without extra support. A spout welded to the top is opened by unscrewing the cap, so the drink can be consumed straight from the pack with no straw. With a laminated body that takes colour printing, the format balances shelf appeal with portability.

The body is built from several laminated layers: the outer layer carries the print and gives mechanical strength, a middle barrier layer slows the passage of oxygen and moisture, and the inner layer handles heat sealing and contact with the liquid. The stand-up base is formed by folding and inserting the bottom gusset, so the weight of juice or purée is spread evenly and the pouch resists tipping. The weld between spout and body is reinforced by heat sealing, and the screw cap can be reopened for drinking in stages.

Standard volumes run from 1–1000 ml, printing is available in 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Volume, pouch dimensions, spout and cap type and the printed artwork can all follow the customer's brief. Drinks with fruit pieces, or juices that need protection from light, can be matched with a suitable material combination. Samples can be supplied before bulk production so that fill height, seal position and colour registration are confirmed first.

Beyond juice drinks, the same pouch format is widely used for fresh milk, soy milk, coffee, milk tea, soup, jelly, jam and carbonated drinks. It handles ambient purées and sauces as well as chilled fresh drinks that travel through the cold chain.

Production takes place at Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, where lamination, slitting, bag making and spout welding run as one continuous process, and seal strength, spout tightness and print appearance are checked routinely before dispatch. Samples can be made from customer artwork for filling trials and market testing. Because volumes, material combinations and print colour counts vary so much, the final price is set against the approved sample.
