Product details
A custom stand-up liquid pouch fitted with two spout diameters on the upper part. Volumes run from 1–10 L with 5 L as the nominal size, and it is commonly used for mineral water, spring water, beverages and juice.
The body is made from laminated material. The print layer carries the artwork, the middle layer provides barrier and strength, and the inner layer seals and contacts the liquid. After lamination, bag making covers sealing, spout fitting and cap welding, and the stand-up base is folded and sealed so the pouch stands whether empty or full.
Volumes run from 1–10 L and printing covers 1–8 colours. Fittings include a spout, screw cap and handle. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The two spout diameters can be matched to the filling line and to how the pouch will be emptied, and bag style and artwork are made to order.
The pouch suits mineral water, spring water and juice drinks, and is often used for meeting water, outdoor events and temporary supply. The handle helps with carrying, and the spout is convenient for pouring or drinking directly. The nominal 5 L size can be adjusted in pouch height and spout position to match the customer's filling line.
