Custom Stand-up Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Jelly and Juice Drinks

A printed stand-up spout pouch that supports die-cut shapes, used for flexible packaging of liquid foods such as jelly and juice drinks. Unlike a standard rectangular pouch, the outline can follow a customer's design with curved or shaped edges, and the printed panels give the pack strong recognition. The stand-up base and spout keep the convenience of upright display and drinking straight from the pack.

The body is a laminate of print, barrier and sealing layers. Shaped pouches depend on die cutting working together with the bag-making tooling: when the outline changes, the seal width has to be adjusted at the same time to avoid weak spots. The spout weld remains the critical seal, and its bond with the shoulder is inspected after forming.

Volumes cover 1–1000 ml, printing 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Shaped outlines, pouch size, spout and cap and the overall artwork can all follow the customer's design. A shaped pouch normally needs a dedicated die, and the sampling stage confirms the relationship between the outline and the print.

Applications cover liquid food, cream and cheese and juice and beverages, for example jelly, purée, cream, cheese sauce and juice drinks. Shaped pouches appear most often in children's food and in licensed or themed products, where they distinguish one item from others in the same category.
