Custom Transparent Packaging Pouch 1–10 L with Spout for Antifreeze

This pouch for car radiator antifreeze fits the selling and topping-up stages of vehicle care liquids. A transparent body with colour printing shows the colour and level of the contents at a glance, a built-in spout makes it easy to aim at the radiator filler, and the handle lets a mechanic or a driver lift the pack one-handed. The stand-up format does not slump on an auto-parts shelf, and capacity is set at 1-100 ml.

Made from laminated material, the pouch combines a transparent look with printed artwork through the light transmission of the outer film working together with the printing process. The inner layer meets alcohol-based and additive-containing formulas such as antifreeze, so it needs chemical resistance to avoid the film swelling or seam strength dropping after long storage.

Printing runs to 1-8 colours, and brand colour, freezing-point markings and warnings can all go on the pouch face, cutting a later labelling step. Spout diameter, handle-hole style and body dimensions follow the fill volume, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.

Applications are stated as liquid packaging, and household liquids such as laundry detergent, cleaners, disinfectant and shampoo can use the same structure, with the inner film swapped to suit the contents.
