Custom Transparent Stand-up Pouch 5 L for Building Materials

This 5 L clear stand-up spout pouch is designed for liquids and pastes in the building materials and chemical trades. Made from laminated material, it balances stiffness with durability, and the carry position takes the pull of moving a pouch filled with a denser product such as tile adhesive.

The transparent laminated film keeps the contents visible, while the multi-layer build improves tear resistance. The base is a stand-up type, so the pouch stands on its own after filling. The weld between spout and body concentrates stress, so weld width and position directly affect load capacity, which means process parameters have to follow the fill weight rather than one setting being reused across every size.

Standard volume is 5 L and printing covers 1–8 colours. Accessories are a spout and screw cap, with two spout diameters offered to suit different filling equipment and discharge rates. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and both dimensions and fitment style can be customised.

Applications sit in building materials and chemicals: tile adhesive, putty ancillaries, waterproofing materials and a range of industrial liquids. The carry position makes a 5 L load easier to move around a site and cuts out the step of decanting into a bucket.

Kody Packaging works from Dongguan, Guangdong, completing bag making and fitment welding in house. Samples can be made from your own pouch so load bearing and sealing are checked before bulk production. For heavier fills, a wider weld and a reinforced carry position can be sampled before the specification is fixed for the run.
