Custom Water Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Body Wash and Shampoo

A stand-up spout pouch from Kody Packaging, built for body wash, shampoo, facial cleanser, body lotion and sheet-mask liquids. The base lets a filled bag stand upright on a shelf, while the spout and screw cap on top allow controlled pouring and one-hand squeezing. It works for single-use amenities and for family refill packs alike.

The pouch body can be made of aluminium foil, pure aluminium or laminated material. Foil and pure-aluminium layers block light, oxygen and moisture, which helps slow the loss of fragrance and active ingredients. A laminate bonds several film layers together, giving enough flexibility that the bag survives drops and stacking. The spout is heat-sealed to the body and closed with a screw cap, so it reseals after each use.

Volumes run from 1-1000 ml, covering single-use sachets up to family refill bags. Printing supports 1-8 colours, enough for a brand logo, ingredient list, barcode and usage notes. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs, and the artwork, pouch dimensions and spout diameter can all be tailored to the customer's design.
