Factory-Direct Stand-up Spout Pouch 5 L, Factory-Direct for Chemicals

This 5-litre stand-up spout pouch follows a direct-from-factory route and is made for filling household and chemical liquids. A stand-up base with a carry position means a filled pouch stands firmly on the shelf or floor and can simply be lifted away, which suits medium volumes that are moved often.

The body is made from laminated material, with several films bonded into one sheet that balances stiffness against flexibility. The inner layer contacts the liquid, the middle layer carries barrier and strength, and the outer layer provides the printing surface and rub resistance, so the pouch does not scuff or whiten easily in transit and still looks clean after a long shipment.

Standard volume is 5 L and printing runs from 1 to 8 colours, allowing graphics, colour blocks and brand information to be combined on one layout. The fitment is a spout with a screw cap: tighten after filling to seal, and reopen as often as needed. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with pouch size, spout diameter and handle format all adaptable.

Applications cover household and chemical liquids such as cleaners, detergents, disinfecting liquids and various industrial fluids sold in refill packs. Combining a stand-up base with a handle saves effort both on the shelf and at the point of use, and means the filling line does not need an extra support rack.
