Product details
A factory-direct 5-litre stand-up spout water pouch with a carry feature, positioned as a standard format for larger liquid volumes. The spout and screw cap combination balances filling efficiency against end use, which suits drinking water, drinks and products that are essentially liquid, and the pouch can run on an existing filling line without extra tooling.
The body is made from laminated material. The multi-layer build balances softness against stiffness, and the base opens out to stand once filled. The carry position is welded to the pouch so the load concentrates at the root of the handle, which means the pouch format has to match the fill weight, with handle width and weld position calculated against the actual volume.
Standard volume is 5 L and printing covers 1–8 colours. Accessories are a spout, screw cap and hand carry. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and pouch dimensions, spout diameter and artwork content can all be customised, with space reserved on the layout for source details or a filling date.
Applications are mainly drinking water and similar liquids, extending to hydrogen-rich water, draught beer, soups, milk and juices, as well as household liquid refills. A large volume with a carry feature is common in outdoor and home water-storage settings, and the pouch displays well standing upright.
