Large Capacity 5 L Laminated Spout Pouch for Chemicals

This large-capacity laminated spout pouch is designed for chemical and household-care liquids. The bag carries a spout and screw cap on the upper part and a carrying handle on the body, so it can be filled directly on an automatic filling line. Compared with a rigid pail of the same volume, the empty pouch takes up far less storage space, and the spout allows controlled pouring that reduces contamination and dripping.

The body is built from laminated material and can be specified as transparent, aluminium foil or pure aluminium depending on the contents. A transparent structure makes the liquid level and colour easy to check, while foil and pure aluminium layers raise light and oxygen barrier performance for formulas that are sensitive to light or need longer storage. The layers are bonded together in a lamination process, then sealed, fitted with the spout and capped during bag making.

Volumes run from 1–20 L, covering both small and large packs. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, and the artwork, bag dimensions, spout diameter and handle type are all made to order. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with spout, screw cap and handle supplied as a configurable set.

Typical contents include latex paint, waterproofing materials and ink, as well as other free-flowing liquids handled on automatic filling lines. The spout and cap combination can be reopened and resealed repeatedly, which helps keep the remainder of the contents from skinning over.

The pouches are produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Lamination, bag making, spout welding and cap sealing are carried out in one production chain, and samples can be made first against a customer's reference bag or drawing.
