This bag-in-box is built for large-volume liquid transfer and storage. The bag body uses a three-dimensional construction with flat, strong four-side seals that withstand squeezing and vibration in transit. The outlet can be fitted with a food-grade butterfly valve or a spout-style connector, so liquid can be discharged in a closed system with less exposure to air. Hanging holes and tubing ports can also be added on top to match cartons, returnable crates and drums.
The inner layer is food-grade PE, which can be laminated with PET, NY or AL films into a multi-layer structure that balances barrier performance, flexibility and puncture resistance, suitable for neutral and mildly acidic liquids. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing for sharp graphics and consistent colour, with matt, gloss or selective effects available. Standard volumes run from 5L to 30L, with 30L widely used for liquid transfer, and bag dimensions and fitments can be adjusted to your fill volume.
Typical applications include herbal jelly liquid, plant extracts, concentrated juice, syrup, edible oil and liquid seasonings, as well as industrial liquid transfer.
