1000ml Clear Spout Pouch for Soap and Concentrated Alcohol Liquid

This clear spout pouch is built for liquid filling and retail presentation. The bag is normally a four-side-seal or stand-up structure with a centred screw-cap spout on top, reinforced heat-sealed edges and a leak-resistant fitment, so the contents can be poured or squeezed out cleanly once opened. Spout diameter, cap style and tamper-evident rings can be specified to suit different filling lines. The transparent body keeps the liquid visible, which works well for soap, hand sanitiser and concentrated alcohol products.

The pouch is usually made from PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or nylon laminated film, with a food-grade inner sealing layer that balances barrier performance, puncture resistance and a soft feel. Outer surfaces can be matt, gloss or slip-resistant. Printing is carried out by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving sharp graphics, stable colour and room for barcodes, batch codes and multilingual text. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and 400g or 1000ml formats, custom shapes and matching roll film are also available.

Typical applications include personal care, hand wash, disinfectant alcohol, laundry liquid, cosmetics and food liquids, in retail packs, e-commerce sets and travel sizes. Customisation starts with your sample or artwork, followed by confirmation of pouch style, material, spout and print file, then sampling before mass production.
