Custom Printed Frosted 500ml Spout Pouch for Hand Soap Refill

This frosted spout pouch is designed as refill packaging for liquid personal care and household products. The bag uses a stand-up structure with a bottom gusset or shaped side gussets, and four-side sealed edges that stay intact under squeezing and drops. The spout can be a screw cap, flip-top nozzle or press valve, giving smooth dispensing and low residue. A frosted outer layer adds a soft matte feel and stronger shelf presence for products that are opened and reused many times.

The pouch is normally built from food-contact grade PE, PET and NY laminates, in single or multi-layer structures chosen for barrier, puncture resistance and flexibility. The inner sealing layer keeps the pouch airtight, while the outer layer can be matte or frosted. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing for saturated colour and stable registration, with full-surface backgrounds, spot matte and custom artwork supported. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L; pouch size, spout diameter and dispensing style are all adjustable, and matching roll film is available.

Typical applications include refill and travel sizes of laundry detergent, hand soap, body wash, dish soap and fabric softener, as well as sanitizers and cleaning liquids.
