This frosted spouted soap pouch is designed for small-volume liquid personal care and household products. The body uses a four-side sealed, bottom-gusseted structure that stands upright on the shelf and keeps the printed panel flat. A plastic spout sits at the top, available with a standard screw cap or a flip-top cap, allowing smooth pouring and repeated opening and closing. The frosted surface feels soft, resists fingerprints and scuffs, and suits baby bath, laundry liquid and similar medium-viscosity formulas.
The pouch is typically built from PET, PE or aluminium foil laminates with a food-grade inner sealing layer, and the barrier and thickness can be adjusted to the filling. The spout is welded firmly to the body for reliable sealing. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear detail and consistent colour, with matt and gloss effects available on frosted film. Volumes from 500ml to 2L can be produced, with 1000ml and 2L stand-up formats being the most common.
