15g Hotel Amenity Soap Pouch with Spout for Shampoo and Conditioner

Designed for hotel amenities and personal care sample programmes, this soap pouch comes mainly in three-side seal, four-side seal and stand-up formats, with a spout, screw cap or press valve fitted at the top and rounded or straight seals at the base. The opening pours smoothly and the pouch resists back-flow and leakage after squeezing, making it suitable for filling 15g and 20ml doses of shampoo, conditioner or massage liquid, as well as larger 100ml refill sizes for repeated use.

The pouch body is usually built from food-grade laminates such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE, with an inner PE sealing layer, and the barrier, oil-resistant or chemical-resistant structure can be chosen to match the fill. Printing runs 1-8 colour gravure for crisp detail and consistent colour, with matt, gloss and window effects available. Formats range from 15g sachets to 1L refills, and spout diameter, pouch width and length can be adjusted to your filling line. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical applications include hotel guest bathroom supplies, travel-size personal care samples, and liquid filling for massage oil, hand soap and similar products. Customisation starts from your sample or artwork: once the material structure and print file are confirmed, we move to sampling and bulk production.
