This spouted soap pouch is designed for refill and travel-size liquid personal care products such as body wash and hand soap. The bag is built in a stand-up format with a folded bottom gusset, so it sits upright on shelves and is easy to handle with one hand. A screw cap or flip-top spout allows smooth pouring and repeated opening and closing, while reinforced edge seals and a leak-resistant construction help reduce dripping and seepage during transit and squeezing. Hanging holes or handles can be added on request.

Pouch bodies are typically made from food-grade laminated films such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PA/PE, with an inner heat-seal layer and barrier options chosen to suit the filled product, balancing puncture resistance and chemical compatibility. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for sharp artwork and consistent colour, with matt or glossy surface finishes available. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L; spout diameter, pouch dimensions and dispensing style can all follow your drawings, and matching roll film is available.

Typical applications include daily chemical products, hotel amenities, personal care e-commerce and supermarket refill programmes, as well as sanitiser and liquid detergent packaging.
